We ensure that you deal with the same person throughout the process, starting when you first contact us and arrange an initial appointment at your site. During this appointment, we will discuss your needs and carry out a site survey to ensure we choose the right products and services for you.

Step 2 – Specification

Following your initial site visit, we will prepare a specification with various options for pricing and solutions. We will make another appointment to deliver options and quotations at a date and time that suits you.

Step 3 – Decision

Once we’ve delivered your options, our experienced team will always go through them in detail with you, to make sure you understand what each option entails and help you make the best decision for your needs and budget.

Step 4 – Installation

After you have accepted our quote and placed your order, your main contact will arrange a suitable timeframe for the job. Your contact will be on-site and available throughout the process, providing regular updates and ensuring you are 100% satisfied with all work carried out.

Step 5 – After-Service

Additionally, we always maintain a relationship with our clients, continuing to check they are happy with their new flooring. We take pride in being there for our customers before, during, and after installation and we are always on hand to meet your needs.
